I'm sending a warning as a customer, they charged me double for my rental and then was rude to me. I had the paperwork to prove they overcharged me and that little punk Mike started arguring with me. I have been in customer service for 15 years and you don't treat customers that way. You listen calmy and try to resolve the matter to make both parties happy. I was not trying to ""rip"" anyone off or ""pull a fast one"", I just wanted my money that was owed to me and my paperwork that was signed by Mike to prove I was right... Go somewhere else, it's not worth the headache....
