Having lived in Korea for 4 years and experienced first hand Korean cuisine, the Spring Garden Restaurant definitely ranks as a top rate, home made taste, Korean restaurant. My favorites are fried mandu (dumplings) as an appetizer and the kalbi tang (beef rib soup) ; both of which are non-spicy and are top notch. There are both spicey and non-spicey items on the menu, written in English with descriptions. This is a ""must go"" place if you're in the Capitol Region of Pennsylvania.
