(I wrote this review on another Spring Dance listing. I don't know why they have 2! Lol!) I've had a hot tub from spring dance for 6 years now! I can't believe it- the time has flown! I love my hot Springs Sovereign and everyone at spring dance is very helpful! I recently had a service tech out to my house & he couldn't have been friendlier & more professional! I recommend Spring Dance to all my friends! more

Really overpriced repairs 7/18/2011

Long term customer with the company one day a couple weeks ago noticed water was leaking out of the heater compartment. Well the heater was leaking and it cost $730.00 to replace it. Found many online providers selling same item for less (Amazon was $210.00) the owner called me back to his credit after I complained and he explained his position. Moral of the story, expect to pay premium price when the dealer comes to fix your problem. more
