Spradley/Barr Mazda

I was shopping for my first owned vehicle. I was not sure what I wanted completely but had a few ideas. Derek was great with helping and answering questions. I never once felt pressured to purchase he just wanted me to have all the information to make an informed decision. He showed patience with me while I debated about making this next step for my life. The team at Mazda helped to find me a very low interest rate for my loan which I greatly appreciated. When working with Napoleon, he was informative as well. He explained everything in terms that I would understand to make sure I had all the information that I needed. I was shopping for this car with my parents but it was a purchase made only by me. I felt very respected throughout the process. Both Derek and Napoleon spoke directly to me and answered my questions whereas others I had worked with around town had spoken only to my father. My husband and I were looking for a new 2010 Mazda3 hatchback in Celestial Blue for our 18-year-old son who will be going off to college in a few months. I wanted a reliable, safe car for him more than anything else. We started our search in Colorado Springs where we live, and the customer service at Bob Penkhus was terrible. The salesman was indifferent to us and almost rude on occasion. They gave us a car to test drive that was dirty, low tire pressure, and on empty. We said ""no thanks"" and looked elsewhere. I did an internet search for the car and found Spradley Barr had one. I initiated contact through e-mail, and we had purchased our new car within 24 hours. The process was wonderful, and I really felt like they valued our business. That's the way I like to be treated when I am spending twenty thousand dollars! I will recommend this dealership in a heartbeat, and I have already done so twice already. We will be looking for another new car in a couple of years for my husband, and I already know we will be starting with Spradley Barr. Sam and Shawn were fantastic! more
