Excellent Experience 4/27/2011

Sam was great to work with. He made me and more importantly my family feel comfortable and confident in the process of buying our new 2010 F150 truck. Great Workers 4/6/2011

I drove by Spradley Barr and noticed the prettiest Mustang GT on the lot. I have always wanted one so I finally stopped in to go for a test drive. Alex was great as far as his knowledge of all of the technical aspects of the car as well as all of the different options that came with the car. I didn't buy it on the first drive, but he wasn't pushy about me buying the car. I did go up about six weeks later for another test drive and decided to buy it. I didn't feel pressured at all, and Napoleon Gibson who works in the finance department was also great to me...I don't need another new car for a long time, but I would for sure go back to the guys at Spradley. more

WORST EXPERINCE EVER 3/25/2011

It was horrible I bought a 2005 Mazda6 in there and traded in my dodge ram 2500. They lied about what the car was worth they told me it was a steal at $13,959 and I looked on Kelley Blue Book and NADA three days after buying the car and it's only worth $11,000 retail in excelent condition which it's not. It needs a paint job because there are a bunch of scratches and there are several dents that has to be pulled out and there are burns on the seat. I guess my bad for not checking the cars worth before buying but I didn't think a dealer this large would straight up lie. They were very nice until I caught them in a lie and then they instantly became very rude. When I test drove the car the salesman was talking the whole time and kept the radio cranked up so that I could not hear the noises the car was making. Driving it home I heard a banging noise under the car and a popping in the front in. When I called them about the problem the sales manager was very rude he said "well I dont know what can be done but I guess bring it in and I will look at it." They decided to fix the unsafe car that my four month old daughter had been ridding in but it would take them a week to get the parts in. The sales manager assured me they would call me on TUESDAY AS SOON AS THE PARTS CAME IN. I finally had to call they late THURSDAY and they told me the parts had been in so bring it on down. I drove thirty miles to drop it off only for them to tell me that they couldn't get it in until the earliest of Friday. I made an appointment to bring it in at 8 only for them to tell me when I brought it in that I had to find something to do until 9:30. So we waited and I spoke to a sales manager again who was extreamly rude and was inturupting my sister and talking over her. She was there because obviously by this point i just wanted to hit all these people. In all I traded in a safe amazing truck for a peice of crap car in attempt to save money on gas. I guess I learned my lesson Spradley Barr Mazda in Fort Collins, Colorado will screw you over more

Both John Fischer and Mark N. showed top-notch professionalism and excellent customer service. We are very happy with our new F150 truck. In the future,we will come back to Spradley-Barr Ford to buy our next Ford vehicle. We will also tell our family and friends how happy we are. more

I HIGHLY would recommend this dealership 2/14/2011

John Fischer was awesome!! He went way out of his way to help me. My credit is way less then perfect, he hooked me up with a program that could help me out. When he showed me the cars that he could do for me they didn't really jump out at me. I told him that I would think about it and get back to him. I called him like a week later about a car that was real cheap. John went out of his way to call me a couple days later about some more cars that he thought I would like, this led me to check the website again to look at a Ford Focus that he had told me about. I didn't like it but the one right below it WOW. John led me to the car that I have now. He is wonderful and will do anything to make YOU happy. I will recommend him to everyone I know. This guy rocks more

Paul Was great. 2/9/2011

He showed us what they had on the lot. I really liked the mazda3. But they did'nt have the color I wanted. He got on the phone and found one. they sent someone to get it and we had it within a couple of hours. It was cleaned and filled with fuel. Then I was on my way! more

Thank you very much for your wonderful help during the purchase of my Ford F-150 FX4. I believe that Sam and Alex went out of their way to ensure that I was able to find the perfect truck and was satisfied with the service given to me. I will recommend Spradley Barr to anyone looking for a car or any other vehichle for that matter. Additionally Scott in finance was a tremendous help and took as much time as we needed to makde decisons. Last but certainly not least the service department was great when it came time to put in the bedliner and clear front mask on the truck. more

Sam was very helpful and friendly. I filled out the online credit aplication and within an hour He had called and wanted to know what vehicle I wanted. He went to the Credit department told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay then called back with the good news. I went down and after an hour at the dealership I was driving away in my new car. more

I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream truck 1/4/2011

I had been looking for a truck for about 2 years off and on. I finally got to the point where i could afford one, but I could not find what I was looking for. I attended Cars.com one evening and found a truck at SpradleyBarr Ford that was exactly what I was looking for and a great price too. I emailed about the truck and Paul got back to me the next day. we schedule a test drive. I love it. I was in and out in 2 hours with my dream truck. Thanks!!!! more

IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A MAZDA, CHECK THEM OUT 12/29/2010

I HAD DONE MY RESEARCH ON THE FORD EDGE, ON-LINE AND LIKED WHAT I READ. MY WIFE & I HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR A NEW CAR FOR SEVERAL WEEKS. WE JUST HAD NOT CONNECTED WITH A DEALER WE WANTED TO WORK WITH, UNTIL WE MET JOHN FISCHER. HE CALLED ME AT HOME AFTER A PRICE REQUEST ON-LINE AND WE AGREED TO STOP IN AND SEE HIM. WE FOUND JOHN TO BE VERY FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND KNEW HIS PRODUCTS! HE DID NOT PRESSURE US, BUT WORKED SLOWLY WITH US UNTIL WE WERE COMFORTABLE WITH THE PRODUCT AND THE PRICE. more

I TYPICALLY DO NOT LIKE CAR DEALERSHIPS AND SALESMAN-BUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS VERY GOOD. NICK WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH AND SCOTT WAS AS WELL. THEY BOTH WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE THAT WE HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER WAS IF THERE WAS MAYBE MORE THAN ONE FINANCE PERSON WORKING SO IT WOULD NOT HAVE GOTTEN SO LATE AT NIGHT FOR US TO GET FINISHED UP. SPRADLEY BARR MAZDA 11/17/2010

I had visited several dealerships and shopped at more all over Colorado through the internet, and I got by far and away the best deal at Spradley. I knew what I wanted and for how much, including the value on my trade-in, and I was able to negotiate the parameters of a deal before I stepped in which made for a smooth transaction. I wasn't a big fan of buying cars, but this was a pleasure and John was great to work with. Napoleon in their finance department was also very knowledgeable and personable, and was able to beat my credit union's rate and provide a more comprehensive warranty. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone needing a new or used car. more

I can't say enough about Mr. Paul Atkinson 11/5/2010

Paul Atkinson made this the first truly 'enjoyable' car buying experience that we have had. He was very patient and responsive to all of my internet research and respected all of the documentation that i brought to the table for this purchase. He responded to all of my phone calls promptly and made sure that i was aware of any changes that might affect my decison to purchase. We worked together for several weeks and now we are the HAPPY OWNERS of a 2010 Escape. Even though i did not get the exact price i wanted for the new vehicle or the trade, it was so close to what i wanted i feel i was treated extremely fairly. I have purchased throught the years 10+ cars and the ex[eroemces ranged from mildly unpleasent to never wanting to deal with a dealership again. Many people, myself included, wake up the next morning after spending a large chunk of money on a new vehicle wtih "buyers remorse", that is with the feeling that they did not get the best deal they could. For the first time that i can recall, I do not feel that way. We are very pleased with the quality of the 2010 year escape, it is truly a 'fun' vehicle to drive. This is our second escape purchase from Spradley Barr and when we are in the market for our next vehicle you can be assured we will be at Spradley Barr, hopefully working with Paul Atkinson. more
