Spotlight Photography

Marks photography is amazing. He is the best photographer in Indianapolis! We have clients that spend $50 and we have clients that spend $3000. If our client is happy we are happy. Mark takes great pictures and they pretty much sell themselves. On the rare occasions that there is an issue w/ a clients order we will go above and beyond to make them happy....but we can't do that if they don't address the issue with us. more

I really enjoyed getting my pictures taken by Mark. He is very good with getting smaller children to get them to smile, even when they want to run around instead of sitting still. Loved, loved, loved all the pictures. But, when I didn't order but a few, felt a little disappointed. The ""Customer Service"" went out the window when I didn't spend $100 or more. Just remember that this is a small business, so don't expect to get same service as you would from a large, well-known company. I would recommend Spotlight to you. They were professional and friendly. And, they will work around your schedule. more

I had gotten my senior pictures from Mark way back in 05 and they were great so i decided to have him do my wedding photos as well...not so great. we paid to have an extra hour added to our time frame and he showed up 30 mins late then left 30 mins early, when going threw all the pictures i had, why was there 2 pictures of mark on my wedding photos? I remember as i was walking away to join the reception the photographer handed his camera to my husbands brother (best man) and told him to snap a picture, i thought this was odd.. I just felt rushed most of the time, mainly by his assistant renee. When i came to pick up my wedding photos i wasn't really invited in, she handed them to me at the door and i was on my way. It would have been nice to do my business with the person who took my pictures yet all communication was done threw renee. over all i will never use spotlight again. Some pictures were great, the rest were soo soo and the customer service sucked. more
