I went to this gun shop and was going to purchase a Henry rifle, which I did. He said he gave us a "discount" for helping him on another occasion. I looked up the MSRP on the rifle after and he charged me $300 above! He also has a nasty habit of telling you what want to buy. I wanted to buy some buckshot to target shoot for the hell of it, and he said No, you want this... It's so annoying! In summation, the owner of this shop is a person who cheats his customers and tells them what they want, regardless of what they say. In fact, I was originally going to buy the original henry .22, but he roped me into the limited edition for the heirloom value and crap. He also overcharges for everything. Now I either shop online or at another gunshop. more

Good: Absolutely nothing. Bad: The owner is the master of bait and switch. He lies. He gouges. The worst shopping experience Ive ever had. He lied about a product. Said he would return if it was the wrong size. Wouldnt take it back but would exchange it for one several hundred dollars more. Hung up on us when we called to resolve. Yells at customers to wipe their feet when entering store. Look at other reviews. Improvements: Would like to see them go out of business. Other: make sure you review this store through other sites. This is the armpit of all gun shops in New England by far. This Man Al lied everytime he opened his mouth. Please read the reviews,do more searches and see for yourself. more
