Does not stand behind it's products. Sport Court does not honor its written warranty! 5/31/2008

We contacted the company regarding a bent rebounder wall. Sport Court's solution was for us to file a claim with our Homeowners Insurance! Why should we do that, when the product is defective and weak! Sport Court advertises on their web sites how durable the Rebounder Wall is. This is a JOKE. The warranty and Customer Service is a JOKE. This company is a scam and should be put out of business. I wish more people would post reviews for this company and save others a lot of money. Sport Court NEVER sent a representative out to look at the bent rebounder wall. They just asked that we email them pictures and then they would call us. Pros: Bright colors Cons: Cheap construction and NO warranty honored. more

Poor Customer Service 8/20/2007

This company does not stand behind it's products, poor customer service, appointments and calls or not kept and calls and emails not returned.\r They are great when trying to sell you their product. We had a problem with our court since the get go and it was replaced and the same type of problem occurred immediately after and they will not stand behind their product. Their own representatives said the court was tacked wrong and then they denied it. The court is not usable and is a liability for anyone to walk and play on. Numerous calls and emails have not been returned. Cons: the whole court is not useable more
