Where to start... I have been to this store a few times and thought WOW look at all the deals. Well let me tell you, they are NOT deals. I bought a few higher priced items from this store for my family members for Christmas. I bought my husband a Kawasaki 19.2 volt drill and my 3 girls MP3 players. I was very excited for them to open these items because they really wanted them and normally, I wouldn't be able to afford them. Under the "impression" from the sales guy that helped me out, these items were "NEW", just missing the original packages. DON'T BE FOOLED. My Husband opened up his drill and plugged it in right away! Low and Behold, the charger didn't work AND there were scratches all over the drill. I had to return it the next day for another one, this time I inspected the items very carefully AND I made the woman at the counter let me plug it in to test it first. Not only was I treated poorly, I was treated like I was scum of the earth for wanting to test the new one. NEXT came the MP3 players... Again, I was told they were "new" never used, just lost the original packages. Another lie... If they were new, how did they have songs on them already??? Also, after 3 days, one of the headphone sets quit working, on another one of the same brand, it all of a sudden crashed and now will not even turn on. I am VERY disappointed with this store and naturally, they won't give a cash refund... only store credit. Like I want to buy any of their other GARBAGE. The 3rd Mp3 player is a different brand and it hasn't been used by my daughter yet BUT... it too was used when I was told it was new, it had 86 songs on it! It's not broken yet but I' sure after it gets used once or twice, it will be. Spokane discount sells used garbage. For folks like myself who don't have a couple hundred dollars to throw away on their trash, I suggest maybe a pawn shop for ANYTHING electronic. At least there, you feel confident that the items work. I am very disheartened that my family's Christmas turned out to be a TOTAL waste of money because I chose to shop at SPOKANE DISCOUNT.
