I saw the ad for this company offering extremely reasonable prices, so when my netbook glitched, I took it to William to fix. I expected to drop it off and wait a week or so to get it back. He said it was just a setting. He fixed it on the spot for no charge. Can't beat that service. I will do more business with him. Best technician I have ever had! more
