LOVE EM!! Ditto to what Lynn and Kevin had stated. Been a happy customer for years now and will never change! Dont know what happened with Jed and his dog, but my dog cant wait to get in. Seriously...... they should video tape my dog running inside the store and down to the grooming area. Should post it on youtube or something.... its unbelievable! more

I love em. They are the best at what they do. Whether it be grooming or finding something u cant find anywhere else, you can bet that either Brian or Shannon will be able to do it. I love em and so does Sophie. more

I took my dog there and ever since he has been fear stricken by glass doors and basements. They do the grooming in the basement (which is probably illegal.), He will not even go into my own basement now! I could not even get him to go into their store again. As a matter of fact I have trouble taking him into any store with a glass door including drug stores or other institutional type settings. I have tried many groomers for Charlie and they may get it right the first time but things usually go downhill from there. I was not able to get consistently good grooming for Charlie wherever we went. \r \r I tried Spock & Elvis when they were originally called Happy Tails years ago. They changed their name to what it is now, but everything else stayed the same. I loved the grooming they did but being the skeptic that I am, I was always weary that I would eventually be disappointed . Well, years later, I find that Charlie and myself are still very pleased with the results. He is happy going there and I am happy with not only the haircut but the service as well. Brian and Shannon are both very pleasent to work with and they know what they're doing. more
