Splash Cafe has the best clam chowder in Pismo Beach - without a doubt! Splash is a very casual place that you can stop at while you are at the beach and not feel like you need to "fix yourself up". They have chowder bowls, burgers, fish and chips, just about anything that you would expect at a local beach eatery. This is definitely not a place to go if you are looking for a relaxing meal. It is always packed full of people and very noisy, but the food is very good.
