I was defrauded by a dentist (DR. BEN SPIVEY) in Ocala, FL. I told him, both verbally, and in writing, that I wanted ALL amalgam fillings in my mouth removed. I made it very clear that I wanted every bit removed, not just covered up. He agreed, and did the first ""quarter"" of my mouth. It was the upper right. Recently, I went to another dentist that removed ALL the amalgam fillings. When he got to that ""quarter"" of my mouth, he discovered that the amalgam was NOT REMOVED. Dr Ben Spivey, the first Dentist, had drilled down about 1mm into a large amalgam filling, then just covered it up with white composite filling. I don't have words to express just how P1SSED OFF I am. Dr Spivey had talked about ""trust"" and other such nonsense. That only added insult to the injury when I discovered how he ripped me off. I'm thankful that I did not pay him to remove all the other fillings, and that I went to another Dentist, because there's no doubt in my mind that he would have ripped me off further! I complained to his office, and demanded a refund, but I have heard NOTHING from them. I may file suit against him. DO NOT TRUST HIM. \r
