Emergency Visit 4/29/2014

Van smelled of burning electrical - like a smoldering car you would pass on the side of the road. We just managed to make it into Spirit Auto when the smoke started to billow out of the front right. Turns out it was the brake coupler (?). They got us in right away and back on the road the next day!! Always courteous, always friendly, always always above and beyond what is expected. more

Brake Repair 4/18/2014

The team at Spirit did an excellent job of diagnosing the "scraping noise" problem as broken calipers and speedily and with professionalism replaced the rear brakes and had me back on the road within 24 hours. They are courteous, knowledgeable and highly professional. more

Its great to have an auto repair shop nearby that is honest 4/7/2014

I took my girlfriends car into Spirit because it was making some strange squeaking sounds. The used car was recently purchased from a dealer but I wanted to get it checked out. The service we received was fast and gave us a list of items that need to be repaired in order of priority. I'm glad we took the car in and learned what was wrong. We will be bringing the car back as the budget allows. more

Replace Front Ball Joints and Front Tires 1/8/2014

Upon inspecting my car for tire wear, the mechanic said that my right front ball joint and tie rod was bad and was dangerous. Spirit replaced the worn parts and put on Cooper tires in a courteous, speedy and efficient manner. I thought the price was fair and the workmanship abd customer service excellent. more

Over priced for parts. The car that I had fixed was my daughter's who is in college and can't afford that kind of money. It'd my regular mechanic would have been open I would have gone there, chapter by $150. Unless it's an emergency I will not be coming back. more
