Spin 199 Cleaners

I have used this cleaner in Vestavia Hills because of the price for a few months and every time the customer service is terrible. They have signs up concerning the things they are not responsible for because it may get lost but the signs are not visible to the customers walking in because of the door being open all the time. The only visible sign is in the drive thru and I wonder how many customers walking in can really see or pay attention to that sign????? I also had a complaint and they gave me the number to the city supervisor. I tried contacting this person several times but when calling both locations the employees acted like they did not know when or what location the city supervisor would be working in the following week. I also tried paging the city supervisor but this person did not call back (why have a pager number on the business card if you do not returns pages?) The cleaning prices are good but I really think this franchise needs extreme work in the customer service department. I rate this cleaners as a 1 for the price. Spin Cleaners 199 located in Vestavia Hills, Al is the worst cleaners I have ever experienced. After dropping off several items to be dry clean, only half of them came back. When I requested to speak with the manager, Dorothy, she was extremely rude and verbally confrontational. After contacting corporate office in Montgomery, some of my items were eventually returned and Dorothy called to apologize for her behavior. In addition, the staff is poorly trained and lacks the value and understanding of excellent customer service skills. I will NEVER recommend this cleaners to anyone!!! Cons: Service more
