There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said when it comes to the outstanding quality and service of Spikes - except to name Frank Harte. He was amazing and helpful and extremely pleasant to work with - even when I requested 350 3'inch white cowbells and baseball caps with a logo with a semi-tight turnaround. In the future, whenever we need any type of trinket, hat, trophy, etc., I'm calling Frank first! Thank you so much, Frank, for making what could have been a stressful situation so easy. more

As the Exec Director of the UPenn Law Alumni and Development department, I've found myself frequently needing last minute or custom designed items for distinctive events or special honorees. No matter what the request, it?s always a pleasure to work with some of the nicest and fully service minded staff at Spike's. In particular, Steve Griffith has ensured that each job was done exactly to our specs and always in a timely manner. From straight forward items like donor recognition plaques containing hundreds of engraved names, room signage, organization banners and chair plaques to groundbreaking shovels and construction hardhats, the work has been outstanding. The attention to detail, the creative suggestions, the quick response time, the quality of the products and the reasonable pricing are all much appreciated. Even our ""stick to the procedures"" Business Manager encourages using Spike's because of the ease of working with their business process. I very highly recommend them for everything from the smallest engraved plaque to the largest building signage - you won't find anyone better. more

Great Gifts! 12/22/2010

I have a hard time finding quality gifts for my grad students. They don't often keep/like the traditional give-away items. I am always able to find items to please just about anyone with Spike's. Amanda has helped me order really high-quality messenger bags with our logo embroidered on more than one occasion. It is really satisfying to see the students walking around with them and actually putting them to good use. She is very responsive and comes up with creative ideas that get a great reaction. more

Spike's Trophies Philadelphia - Beautiful Plaques 12/6/2010

With my job, I am constantly placing orders for plaques and other awards. I always turn to Spike's Trophies, Philadelphia for their speedy delivery, excellent customer service, and great designs. They really are willing to go above and beyond, even engraving in Hebrew for us. I would definitely recommend Spike's to anyone wishing to impress! more

You Can Count on SPIKES!!! 3/5/2010

I have worked with several vendors to provide corporate gifts for high end clients and I never experienced such great service as with Spikes. I needed reformatting for my logo and they did that within minutes and then provided me options for my order that were spot on. They were incredibly quick which is so important. They made all my deadlines with flying colors and the price was the best part. On top of that, my gifts turned out perfectly. I get so many compliments from clients. I've had the pleasure of knowing the owner of Spikes who is an incredible person who leads a team that I can rely on in every way. There are a lot of companies that provide gift items but I find no need to go anywhere else. I can count on Spikes and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top notch service & products. Spike's Trophies - best customer service ANYWHERE! 3/4/2010

As the President of the Cheltenham HS Marching Band, we needed trophies on a very minimal budget. John Czmar, Sales Mgr, stepped up to the plate and worked with us to create beautiful trophies,& plaques- EXACTLY what we needed and definitely within our budget! Jonathan Hawkins, the design guy, made sure to keep on top of our deadline and provided us with phenomenal service. I think the Spike's Motto should be:""We CAN fix what you foul up"" - because even when you muff up a deadline, they make it all right! THANKS SPIKE'S GUYS! Great Place to do Business! 12/21/2009

I work for Ron Jaworski Golf Management & we use Spikes for all of our golf courses & they have always been fantastic to work with, but this time I needed their help with a personal order. I waited way too long to order my finaces Christmas present. David Cureton, Spikes representative, was fantastic! He worked with me & got my order to me 4 days before Christmas. I never thought I would be able to get the present in time for Christmas. I would recommend Spikes to everyone! Their prices are very reasonable & they are very personable. Pros: Very Efficient more

Spikes Trophies made a great award plaque for us 11/20/2009

It was my first time buying an award plaque for the Mid-Atlantic Consultants Network (MACN). I was wary at first. Spike's Trophies called me twice to ensure that everything was done properly. They showed me the proof. They delivered ahead of schedule. One day, I got a gigantic box from them. The packaging presentation was operatic. To top it all, the plaque looks wonderful, high quality, and it exceeds my expectations. I wish I could get something like that for myself. Pros: They are professional and high quality more

Gold Medals in Record Time! 11/17/2009

I needed 25 Gold medals in less than weeks. To get such a small order was difficult, to get them in such a short time period, unheard of! Fred Darby at Spike's Tophies in Philadelphia, did both! I got my gold medals and they looked great. They were just what I asked for and Fred was a pleasure to work with - friendly but professional and intent on getting my product to me as and when I needed it! more

David Cureton at Spike's Trophies in Philadelphia, PA has made selecting a trophy a simple yet exciting process. Each year our sorority names one outstanding woman the CAR Award Winner; this is the highest honor any woman in our chapter can obtain. We needed a very special trophy to signify the importance of this occasion, and Spike's Trophies delivered immediately. David was eager to show us our options and the choice we made is the perfect representation of what this award means. I recently had the pleasure of working with Spike's and they were able to work in what I thought was an impossible rush order. My superiors were incredibly satisfied. Leadership is reason-Pres. Keith Baldwin sets the standards. 10/10/2009

I am a department chair at West Chester University and order numerous plaques for students, alumni and leadership awards. Spike's knows our needs and as never failed to deliver quality plaques. I have had the privilage of touring thier hugh facility with Keith Baldwin. This amazing young man (about 47) worked here at age 18 as a student at Temple Univ., and now owes this 70 year old Philly institution. A true ""blue collar"" success story---move over Rocky. Our organization has been dealing with Spikes for quite a while. Whenever we place an order everyone is very helpful and the service is outstanding. Even when were not sure how to do some special engraving on our trophy pieces, David was extremely helpful and took the time to sample a few layouts. They are #1 in our book. more

Spike's Trophies of Philadelphia is Simply the BEST!! 10/5/2009

My wife and I are involved in an annual run/walk fundraiser to raise awareness for Alopecia and there is only one place for us to consider for the award medals............Spike's Trophies of Philadelphia. We were running a little late getting everything together for the October 10 event (as usual) so I contacted Spike's in a bit of a panic last week. Not a problem for Spike's!! They produced our medals to our required specs in about 2-3 days and we already had our medals in hand last Friday with a now relaxing full week to spare. Thank you Keith, thank you Fred, thank you everyone at Spike's!! You guys are the BEST!! Pros: Terrific people, GREAT service, quick delivery. Cons: None. more

Spike's Takes Away the Headaches 10/3/2009

I manage 13 asssociations and deal with many promotional products companies (members always have their own favorites that they want us to use). Whenever I get to choose, I choose Spike's. They have a huge variety of great gifts, can easily order on the web and they are unbelievably good with tight deadlines! Excellent Trophy & Plaque Showcase 10/1/2009

Let me start off by saying, Spike's Trophies has excellent customer service representatives, I was helped by Mr. David Cureton, who gave me ideas and suggestions on certain awards that I was interested in purchasing for my church ministry; but before this actual event, Mr. Cureton helped with the idea of designing,engraving, and suggestion of award for my drill team organization for presentation of award to my husband, in which the award was designed in high quality, and was very unique looking when awarded and accepted!! If ever anything comes up where awards or recogition plays a part, Spike's is where I will refer people to go, or me myself coming back again!! Pros: Excellent & Prompt Customer Service Cons: I Have Not Experience Any more
