My son has seen therapists most of his life. Linda is the first to make an impact. She is a trained DBT therapist and really knows bipolar disorder well. He has learned coping skills to deal with his illness and life in general that heretofore no one was able to get across. Our family is hugely grateful to her. She will also run interference for us with the psychiatrist and give us solid, usable advice. I am a therapist as well, and I have tremendous respect for her work.
Pros: Dedicated, nurturing, patient, knows diagnosis/treatment
Cons: bad at paperwork
