I just moved into this area and I was so happy to connect with Spicer Automotive. Everyone was friendly and down to earth. They communicated with me very timely about the repair...

Great customer service! 4/3/2014

My car had 2 bad bearings, and when i picked it up, it was worse off than when I dropped it off. Turns out, both new bearings were bad! Although frustrating, Mr. Spicer was more than accommodating in order to fix the problem. He even provided his personal cell # to be of service over the weekend. Great customer service can usually resolve any problem. more

Regular checkup 3/5/2014

Called Spicer Automotive last minute and ask whether they had an opening as I needed an oil change and possible other work. They, as usual, was very agreeable and understanding. I was able to wait for the vehicle as they fit me in when a bay became available. Awesome people, thanks to Dave and your team more

Great service and integrity 1/22/2014

I took my car there for a second opinion . They were able to diagnose and fix the problem for about half of what my ex normal mechanic was going to charge. They got my car in and even gave me a loaner for the day. Highly, reccomended. more
