This is sad. I have ordered from here many times and always been happy. This time however was horrible. Took 2.5 hours to get our food. Then the driver was rude and ripped out of our place spinning his tires like he was angry, like we did something wrong. Then to top it off our order was still wrong even after calling to verify that it was correct. more

tried them out since they were the only ones open on a monday night at almost midnight but wasn't too impressed with the ragoons or orange chicken. but i did get my food fast and hot :) more

For what it is, Spice and Rice has excellent selection and solid quality. It isn't the absolute best place in Kalamazoo for Chinese/East Asian food, but I'm willing to bet it's the best on Grubhub. more
