This place is purely what I call a ""band-aid"" shop. They will try to get you out of a jam....plug your tire....replace a bad tire, etc. This is not a shop for major replaceme...

Small town with a big heart 7/30/2009

We just had 4 new tires put on my vehicle and they did a really good job it was quick and easy and they did no damange to my vehicle. I turned around the next day and had 2 more tires put on my truck and they didn't damage those rims either. I will be back in the future to have tires put on my collector vehicle. The staff at spencer tire does a wonderful job at what they do and i have no complaint over it. Pros: Reasonably priced and more

Good place when you need a tire plugged.......that's it!!!! 12/29/2008

This place is purely what I call a ""band-aid"" shop. They will try to get you out of a jam....plug your tire....replace a bad tire, etc. This is not a shop for major replacements. Major or minor overhauls and major wheel work should be done somewhere else. Stick to tires only here, and they probably will scratch any wheel that's not just plain steel, i know they scratched mine. Pros: Good location -30 miles from anyone else Cons: Poor workmanship - tries to hard to get you out the door more

My husband took my Nissan Murano to get tires (that were purchase somewhere else) put on. Their mechanics scratched all four rims on my vehicle. When my husband approached them about it they said their machine did not do this and that they were already like that . When my husband came home I looked over my vehicle and all four rims have the exact scratch in the same spot . When I called and ask for the manager he simply told me that I put them there and that his machine didn't. So I called my bank did a short form over the phone and cancel the transaction:) more
