I just picked up my 7 month old yorkie and I am extremely mad and disappointed by this groomer. She charged more than others in the area and has completely butchered him. She basically shaved him after I specifically told her not to. I have done a better job at giving him a hair cut than this groomer did. I looked over his body and there is some abbrasions on his area and some red marks were left on other parts. Please if you love your dog like I do and want the best for them do not take her to this groomer. She has moved and is next to The Dkey mexican restaurant but don't be fooled it is still the same bad groomer from this adress. I took my cat here and will never return even if they paid me to. I made a 1:00 'appointment.' When I dropped my cat off neither the husband nor the wife (the only two people that work there) were even there...they had the guy that was renovating the place watching over the animals. Should have turned around right then! Well, 2:00 rolls around and I call just to check on my cat's status. The guy answers and he's at Home Depot and he would ""call her and have her call me."" Call never came. I called two more times at like 3:30, and 4:30. Guy was STILL at home depot and the woman never called me back. When I finally got some info on what the hell was going on with my cat it was about 4:30 and they said it would still be another hour. I asked HAVE YOU EVEN STARTED ON HER YET? And they said YES. Well the MORON called me back about 10 min. later and ASKED IF I COULD COME AND HELP THEM B/C MY CAT WAS BEING MEAN. WHAT?!?!?! WHAT THE HELL? SO I GO OVER THERE AND AFTER KNOCKING ON THE LOCKED DOOR A REALLY TRASHY WOMAN WITH A BLACK EYE LET ME IN AND EXPLAINED THAT MY CAT KEPT TRYING TO BITE HER WHEN SHE OPENED THE CARRIER. SHE THOUGHT THAT IT MIGHT BE B/C THE CAT HAD BEEN AROUND ALL THOSE DOGS ALL DAY. I WAS LIKE GEEZ, YA THINK??!! SO SHE WANTED ME TO TRY AND GET THE CAT OUT AND HOLD IT...ISN'T THAT WHAT I'M PAYING YOU TO DO YOU IDIOT GROOMER? AT THAT POINT I JUST PICKED UP MY CARRIER AND WALKED OUT. This place was good the first time. On our second visit, it became a different experience. Dropped our small dog at 11am, came back at 4pm after no phone calls were returned. Dog was received with no signs of haircut besides scented spray and trim around feet. Dogs right eye was also dark red. Owner denyed any knowledge of what happened. We left without paying bill and some choice words. Later found out from Vet that that vessel in eye had erupted. 2 days later, shows some sign of returning to normal. Will NEVER return. more
