Great People and Service 6/15/2011

We hired SBM after interviewing and researching serveral different providers in the area. They really stood out as unique in a positive way in a wide field of providers. We are very happy with the customer service and janitorial services provided. Everyone with whom I deal is polite, respectful and attentive. Any issues are handled promptly. Providing janitorial services is a tough business and SBM seems to really care about providing quality with their people and their services. I would recommend them to any business looking for above-average janitorial services. more

Abusive, poor quality and standards 11/19/2010

I tried calling this business and was treated with the most amount of disrespect the ""office manager"" could muster. Not only would she not answer my questions or transfer me to the owner, she hung up on me twice. This business is currently under attack for using the cheapest labor possible regardless of the quality of the work done. I think the office manager's behavioral disturbances prove this allegation thoroughly. I recommend using another service that doesn't abuse its customers or employees. more
