Terrific Landscaping 3/18/2012

Spellacy's designed and installed a great outdoor area for me and my family. Starting with the design, all the way to the last shrub being planted, it was a great experience. Horrible Experience 8/5/2010

We have a huge paver patio,purgola,firepit project going on. Three weeks promise(weather pending) turned into twelve weeks and still not finished. There are defects, workmanship that is poor and not fixed yet and promises of completion, fixes not happening. The unprofessional way we are being treated makes this the worst project and poorest customer service we have ever been through. We built a huge home in Northeast Ohio and did not have this much grief and anxiety. The communication has been horrid, and we have been treated as if to be punished for finally putting our foot down four weeks ago. Use them at great risk. Both John Oneil and Chris Spellacy have ignored our pleas to finish this project once and for all. more

Horrible Experience and still not over!! 8/2/2010

We are in the midst of a horrible experience with Turf Lawn. A huge pave patio project. Given three week deadlines(weather pending) and it has now been twelve weeks, ruining our summer. We have had poor communications, delays due to poor or bad construction, poor productivity, failure to get the proper permits,countless days where the project could have been completed by now. We have been treated with poor respect and unprofessionally. Please get other estimates and consider the grief you will have if you choose this business. more
