Speedy Plumbing & Rooter Svc

Owner sent an incompetent kid to do three repairs. He repaired two problems with a bathroom sink, but "couldn't fix the shower faucet drip." Meanwhile, the plumber broke off screw head that holds the washer in place and couldn't put back the faucet base (that goes up against the tile) so that it was tight... and he didn't tell me that he broke the screw and couldn't replace the base.... VERY sleazy! Then, he charged $190 for about $80 worth of work. If he couldn't fix the shower, he shouldn't have charged for it. Then, when we complained to the owner, he kept arguing with me. Then, he said, "If it'll make you happy, he's no longer working for me." Well, I don't really care. How about $100 back. That will make me feel better. ... And, by the way, I took the faucets apart, replaced the parts (for $4.72), and fixed it myself. And, I paid this idiot!? more

When our septic system started having trouble and we needed help fast , they showed up the very next day and even though it took a couple of weeks they did an excellent job and we haven't had any problems since. It only took two weeks because of the size of the job , not bad service. The cost was high but it would have been anywhere. Good , professional service that I would recommend to my family. more
