Sheduled a job a week prior. I told him that there was a small window of time to complete the job. He agreed to date and time. I even called the evening prior to confirm. He said he would be there. Start time rolls around... no call, no show. Had to call him 30 min. later. This guy gives me an excuse like a child about someone calling in sick. He wasnt even going to call to tell me he was not going to show up. Luckily i found a trustworthy professional company to complete the cutting on the same day. more

Extremely Professional - The insight I received from thier technician helped me to complete my project under budget and on schedule. I have worked with many Concrete cutting companies through the years and would highly recommend them for any project big or small. Special thanks to Joe M - If you are ever in need of employment I would not hesitate to hire you on the spot. You would be an asset to any company. Pros: Extremely professional company. Cons: Had trouble getting through to a live person. I would always get a call back minutes after leaving a message, but it would be nice to talk to someone on the first call. more

Avoid, use another company 6/8/2007

I sceduked a project with them a week before i needed it completed, he was supose to show up the first day of the project at 8 AM. I had to call him at 11 AM, only to hear he was on his way. Agian i had to call at 2:45 PM, only to here he would be their in a few mintues, they finally showed up at 3 PM, got out of the truck for 10 mins. and siad they couldn't complete the job, sorry!! I needed this project completed to complete my Job and he wasted my whole day, i called to speak to a manger only to get a lame excuse and no apology. I will never contact this company agian!! Pros: Answered the phone, didn't have to leave a message first Cons: could not complete the job more
