Only Mechanic I would ever use. 10/15/2007

Dan, the owner is the most fair and honest mechanic I have ever met. He has been working on my cars for the past several years and the service has always been exceptional. I have recommended his shop to family and friends. When purchasing my current car, I would not buy a vehicle if he said he could not work on it. He has consistently been straight forward about what any service he could not perform. I would never use anyone else.My only complaint would be, that everyone loves him and he is so busy that I have to wait longer for my oil changes. more

Avoid this shop if you can 2/16/2007

This is the worst car mechanic ever I experienced. The owner is not honest, rude, never keep his promises, even lied several times, and even insulted me. He wasted my time by breaking promised fixing due dates several times. He never make an apology to me. I even saw he is manufacturing the “bill” in front of me when I found a part in my car that supposed to be installed into my car. At first, he did not admit that part is belong to my car until I argued him and trying to take a picture of it. My car was messy inside and he said that it’s not his duty to clean inside even there were used parts and cardboard boxes from the new parts that installed into my car. He did not forget to ridicule me at the time I was leaving the shop. more
