I have NEVER EVER received such aweful service in my life until I came upon Spectrum Services. My relationship (or, lack of) is extensive. For starters, LaShawn needs a whole lot of customer service training...she is nasty, condescending, non-responsive and a liar. The service technician named Norman is worse. The service technicial Brian is unknowleagle and seeks to get your service thru him to fill his bank account. As of today, I have been without air for 52 days. I have been idling sitting since 11am and...no one has shown up or provided a courtesy call of my status...second time. I will not stop until I have severed the contractual relationship between Spectrum Services, Inc. and the home warranty company. It is my prayer that no one ever patronizes Spectrum again. They need to be out of business. I'm told that Randy Smith is the owner...doubt that I was given the correct information. Will see if he is real and returns my call. One thing is for sure, despite their number 1 mission of Spectrum Services, Inc. is dedicated to providing outstanding service to each and every customer. THAT IS A TOTAL LIE! Trust me that a 1 star is too high for them but, the least I can rate.\r
