Welcome to Spectrum Physical Therapy Spectrum Physical Therapy is a privately owned rehabilitation company in central Virginia. We are a network of outpatient clinics providing traditional physical therapy, as well as specialty services and programs that include sports medicine, workers compensation, hand therapy and orthotic fabrication. Spectrum Physical Therapy is owned and managed by physical therapists and is affiliated with Southeastern Physical Therapy headquartered in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Most Insurance Plans are accepted. At this time we do not offer massage therapy or sports physicals. Please contact your primary care physician for these services.
