Great First Visit 10/8/2011

I had a great first visit. Everyone was cordial and helpful. They were very willing to talk and answer my questions. I never felt like I was another "customer" just for the money. they went past my expectations and explained much more than I have ever encountered in over 40 years of wearing glasses. I learned quite a bit, and all of it good as it turns out. PS my name is Doug not Dough. more
