I am not a Time Warner fan whatsoever, although I have cable and internet through them. It’s not by choice, believe me. I used to have Direct TV until I moved onto property surrounded by trees. Our local service is minimal. The installer showed up hours after he said he was “on his way”. Our cable goes out frequently … on sunny days. Our cable box reboots for no reason. Our internet goes out often, too. Calling customer service is a pain; they act like you’re the one imposing on them. If there was a competing cable company in town, I’d definitely switch to them.
