TWC A business? Guess what I was told by Mark THEY HAVE NO MANAGERS! Imagine when I asked for a supervisor I was told here at loop 410 this goofy cust serv dude, he does not have 1 supervisor, even tho he kept going to the back room for something. he said this missing manager OH By the way TRACY RAKOWITZ TRAIN YOUR REPS! STOP BEING A COWARD...You got THE Nerve TO TAKE $$$$$$$$ AND DISCONNECT for no reason. I give them $169.00 set up fees cannot hear anything on cable they came out several times, two weeks of their crap i come in my service is off they say comp glitch, Are u f.ng kidding me ur comp system tells u its ok to make up excuses to a new customer. I am going to directv believe it $1.00 set up for internet and over 150 stations to hell with these worthless thieves. I returned the equip they offered to turn service back on, They think we are stupid I asked for my money to be returned he said yea 3-4 weeks, I said you are f'n kidding me, he said he emailed his absent so called supervisor. So bottom line TWC has no desire to try and make this right and it is not ok for good people to be treated like this, if I have to watch movies from some other means, I will and Never allow these devils to STEAL from me again!
