I live in Clearwater Florida and called Brighthouse Networks to resolve an issue, I am on disability and I spoke to John, Id 43c. and asked him if the company had a plan that would be cheaper for me, bundle like I have with internet, cable & phone. In the past year they have been charging me for directory assistance $1 per call. This has been going on for the past year & I am on low income. When I spoke to John today he stated that they have a plan now & have been in effect for 1 year and they never.....advised me about this & I believe not telling anyone elese about this. In this economy people are hurting for money, food, ect & your company is asking for a $1 per minute directory assistance calls. Don't your people have enough money & care about the people that keep you working. You need to change your policy.You are making enough enough money on the customer, what elese do you want? Blood??? Show some consideration & decency........
