I would have to disagree with Fairwood. In my experience the company was very informative and resonable. The went beyond the normal procedure in my opinion and came out as a courtesy after my installation to reassure i was comfortable with the way it ran. Everything was cleaned up the way it was when they came in and that impressed me. staff at office was very friendly also. I will continue to use and recommend this company. more

Forget this company 4/28/2008

Let's just say would not do business with this company. I have absolutely no confidence in the finished product it's performance since installation nor it's performance in the future. Within 15 months after installation a person should not have to fork out over $300 in additional cost. Then within another 6 months pay $75 to a competitor to service the unit and tell me the freon was overfilled from the previous service provider. Poor workmanship and really poor customer service. Cons: No way to run a business more
