Do not use them!! The item I ordered did not even get shipped out for TWO WEEKS and then there is no way to contact them. The telephone number rings out and there is no option to leave voice mail. I also sent several emails to customer service in an attempt to find out what was happening with my package, and again zero reponse. The website looks very good but unfortunately that is the only thing about them that is done well. When you create your own account it also gives you a tracking number and UPS tracking section with the order detail, the only problem is they don't ship UPS they ship FedEx so the tracking number will not work unless you somehow work out to go to FedEx to track. This business is a joke. I ordered a costume last year in plenty of time to receive it for a party. Not only did the costume not arrive, but I could not get anyone to answer my calls or emails for more than a month. Do not order from this company. more

Costume Universe is an internet based dot com. They have thousands of costumes and tons of cool accessories to costume yourself in any way you want. They are a worldwide online site but I found out a secret. If you call and make an order over the phone and tell them you are in the Atlanta area and you would like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, they will let you. Their facility is amazingly huge with racks and racks of costumes and stuff. It is like a kids paradise in the place. That was another thing I really like about CostumeUniverse dot com is that they have their own distribution center and aren't a website that is an affiliate where your order is coming from somewhere else. I can assure you that Costume Universe is definitely the biggest and most diverse costume retailer in Atlanta and probably in the world. After seeing their facility, I can't imagine anybody being bigger or better organized than these folks. I highly recommend Costume Universe for Best Costume Store for best of City Search! Pros: Fantastic customer service and variety of costumes and accessories. Cons: It would be nice if there were more locations. more

We hired Spectacular Events for our Motorola company picnic and were overwhelmed with the amount of employees who raved about how much fun the event was and how good the food was. I've been doing events for a long time and getting good food for an outdoor event is no easy task but Spectacular Events staff cooked the food on site and made sure it stayed fresh on the lines. We held our event at the Chattahoochee Event Center in Duluth and it was a great location. For our holiday party we hired Spectacular Events for our casino party and it was a blast! All of the equipment looked new and all the dealers were dressed in white shirts, black pants and black bow ties just like in Vegas. One of the things that was very first class is that they do not allow their staff to take tips. That really helps because we don't want our clients or employees to feel like they come to a company sponsored event and have to pull money out of their pockets to enjoy themselves. A great event company can be a real assest to your corporation because we are investing in our employees and clients when we do these events and if they don't come off first class, we have wasted investment money. We are fortunate that our president understands the value of corporate events being inexpensive but high returning investments instead of a line item in the budget that is just for people to have a party. I've had bosses that would cut the event budget, sometimes completely, because they thought they were a luxury. Even he admitted that it was a bad mistake because of the benefits returned on the investment. We spend as much money hiring one executive as we do for an entire event for 300 people. Do the math. If you can keep your employees happy, you have less turnover and you have higher morale which leads to increased productivity and less mistakes. I reccomend hiring a compay like Spectacular Events in Atlanta to ensure that your investment in your events are not compromised by pinching pennies. Pros: A huge two thumbs up.
