My husbands glasses needed repair so I took them to the place that we had purchased them, Spectacle Shoppe of Wilbraham. After picking the ""fixed"" glasses up and getting them into the car I noticed deep scratches in both lenses. I went back into the store to report the problem. I was met with indifference and no accountablilty what so ever. more
