Great selection and excellent customer service 4/9/2012

I recently decided to visit Specs Unlimited for a new pair of glasses. Their beautiful storefront and wide selection of brands invited me in, and once I was in, I had a wonderful experience. The customer service was great, opticians were available to help with whatever I needed. The optician working with me was able to help me pick out a beautiful and comfortable new pair of glasses that I am so happy with. Their selection makes it hard to choose just one pair! Their prices are great and I will definitely be back in the future. more

Best place to buy new glasses 4/6/2012

Specs unlimited is top notch. I recently visited their store to purchase new glasses. The customer service is beyond compare. The lady who helped me was extremely knowledgable with regard to what styles would work best for me, what styles are currently in and which glasses were most durable. She was very familiar with all of her products. Needless to say, this made the glasses buying process much easier for me than it has been in the past. I appreciate your help greatly and i recommend Specs Unlimited to anyone looking to buy glasses! more

helpful 'mom and pop' optical shop in bayonne 4/6/2012

My family has been seeing Dr. Keith Gurland for ophthamology for many years now and my father and I recently bought a pair of eyeglasses from Specs Unlimited (the optical shop connected to Dr. Gurland's office). The selection, price and service was all a great delight. In the past we would take our prescriptions to LensCrafters but felt the staff at our local store was impatient and rude. Specs has the perfect combination of ""mom and pop"" feel with a great selection of in-style brands and designs. I'd recommend both Dr. Gurland and Specs to everyone in Hudson county. There is a reason the Gurlands have been present in the Bayonne community for more than 50 years.... more
