Towing 8/19/2013

My car broke 30 miles away from my home and it was around 2 AM so I was kind of freaked out. Specialty Towing and Impound was the only company that calmed me down and sent someone to help me. Thank you. You are the best more

We broke down on the way to Sacramento on a Friday Night. I asked a friend if she knew a towing company. She told me about Specialty Towing and Impound. They came out to pick us up immediately, towed the car to where we were staying at Sacramento Resort, let us unload our car, then towed the car to the shop. They charged a very fair price, and were really nice and easy to work with. I would recommend them highly! more

We are so thankful for the help we received from your towing guy the other night. He tried very hard to get our car going and when he could not, he towed us to a shop that could work on it. And helped us to get a motel room for the night. Thanks Specialty Towing and Impound for towing and making a disaster into a more pleasurable experience! more

This guy is a life saver! I don't usually write reviews for anyone but this is a must. I was stuck at the gas station for a while and tried fixing the car myself. But I gave up and looked up any towing company and read the this company was superb and no doubt were they superb! He was super nice and well prepared as well. Instead he helped me fix my car. And he only charged me $20. You cannot beat this place. Thank you again :) more

Stuck in Reno (Hot August Nights) 8/30/2010

I drove my many years project to Hot August Nights 58 T-bird. The Front Seal on the transmission blew I left the car at my daughter's outside of Reno. The next morning I started looking at my options of getting it home(both expensive and time consuming) I took a chance and called Shan seeing his ad on the internet. I talked with him for a couple of minutes he had just finished a tow and was near I-80. I told him what happened and where the car was. We made a deal and 6 hours later he had the car back in my garage without a scratch at a very reasonable price. I trusted him immediately and would use Shan again if and when I ever need a tow. My daughter even commented on his appearance and manners when he arrived at her house. My son-in-law said he was impressed with the care Shan took in loading my car onto the flatbed tow truck. If in need of a tow definitely call Shan. more

I had a Ford pick up that needed to be towed to Sacramento CA. I used this company and got nothing but the best results and I was so happy with the service they provided. more

very good towing service 6/29/2010

I needed a tow truck in downtown Sacramento and these guys were the closest. I called and within half an hour they got there and even made the problem with my vehicle go away. Thank you more
