need help 10/10/2006

my grandau. found a kitten. she kept it.. I called the SPCA and they were rude and hung up. Iwent to a vet and it was $200 for the shots and exam and neuter &&&. We can't afford that. please can't someone help us to keep this kitten and get her neuter without people being rude and help us. need help ASAP. ethel coyle more

The SPCA of Central New York is great. You can adopt a pet if your looking t adopt a pet. If you have unfortunately lost a pet, you can search the lost and found and hopefully find your pet. animal shelter 7/12/2005

I have adopted 2 pets from the SPCA and have been very pleased with the entire experience. It cost approximately $100 per cat. That includes shots, feline leukemia testing, and spaying/neutering. If you were to have all things done to a pet on your own, it would cost a lot more than $100. The shelter gives you honest information about pets you're interested in. They will not conceal behavior problems. They take good care of the pets. The staff are caring and affectionate to the animals. more
