Amazing Massages and Ambiance 3/29/2011

Spavia is amazing! I've been getting massages at Spavia for several years and it's off the charts good. It's consistent and affordable, my monthly membership is $49 a month and I get a full 60 minute massage. It's always clean and the recent remodel improved on several areas. Front desk staff is friendly and fun. I've been getting massages a long time and Spavia delivers consistently. I recommend it highly and wouldn't go elsewhere! Keep it up Spavia! more

Relax after the work week! 3/26/2011

The therapist & the front desk staff was very friendly. I do lots of computer work, my neck & shoulders are in pain & tight by Friday. I loved the hot neck wrap & getting pampered in such a quiet & beautiful place, nice women's retreat and cool little mints. I'm going to sign up for a monthly membership - affordable & relaxing place close to home. more

Spavia Day Spa 3/24/2011

Spavia has been a lifesaver for me! The wonderful massages and treatments melt all the stress away. In the past I’ve seen a chiropractor regularly to get relief from my stress, but I’ve discovered that I get much more out of my experience at Spavia. They truly relax and rejuvenate me and I feel the benefits of the treatments for much longer. It costs much less than visiting my chiropractor and the staff is wonderful! Thanks Spavia, I’m your customer for life! more

Dirty and loud 3/11/2011

They just remodeled right? So why do their robes look like they should be white but they're BROWNISH! YUCK! Also during my massage i could hear people walking around, having conversations, opening and closing doors and when they'd open the door i could hear the laundry and/or water running! NOT RELAXING!! more

Sick Workers 2/17/2011

On multiple occasions I've been told stories and been there when a therapist has to leave the massage or facial to go throw up! I don't want to get sick from a massage or facial! Illnesses are passed around more easily in places where touch is required, so why put yourself in danger by going someplace that doesn't care enough about their clients to keep their sick in bed and away from the rest of us! more

Great Body Wrap Close to home 1/16/2011

The Golden Mud Wrap was to die for!! I felt great for days! Thanks - as good as the one I had in Sedona a couple years ago. The brush and body scrub was not too harsh. The mud was smooth and applied carefully, comfortably and quickly. The warm bed and layers and layers of wrapping were wonderful. I could have stayed for hours. The in-room shower was also nice. The tea and time to relax in the women's retreat room was a great way to extend my relaxation time. more

Great (Safe) Tan & Massage 1/16/2011

I wanted to look great for my daughter’s wedding but I was worried about skin damage from tanning beds. So I tried spavia's spray tan and was amazed at how much I liked it. There was no orangey color and it was so natural. I didn’t expect the great body scrub and massage before the spray tan! It was definitely relaxing and helped prolong my tan. Recommend highly! Have gone back several times for massages and am always happy and relaxed going home. more

Newly renovated changing area is great! 1/10/2011

I've been a client at Spavia for about 4 years and have always loved it. They are finishing their renovation of the women's locker and changing area and it is really, really nice. If you haven't been there in awhile - go back now and check it out. Much more space for us to change. They added another sink, private changing room, and moved the lockers to a larger, new space so we have more privacy. Oh, and they've renovated the shower floor and it's pretty cool. This place is such a great deal and helps me stay healthy! more

So relaxing! 5/25/2010

Everything about Spavia is amazing! From the friendly front desk staff to the phenominal massage therapists and estheticians! The ladies at the front always make me feel welcome and special! Jen and Karissa will give you the massage of a lifetime! I am a busy mom but I make time for my microderms! Jessica has made me look younger in my 30's than I did in my 20's. I refer Spavia to all my friends and family. I have to make sure to send them somewhere I know they'll be taken care of :) Pros: Great staff! Affordable prices! Great location more

Great Experience 5/20/2010

I have had nothing but excellent service from the moment I walk in the door. I am a regular at Spa-Via because of the wonderful experience I have at every massage, facial and waxing appointment. I refer clients there all the time knowing they will be taken care of and extremely satisfied with their service. It is nice to find a spa that provides such great services at reasonable prices! Exceptional Experience 1/26/2010

Probably the best massage I have every received. My best friend has been raving about this spa for years. I finally went and was thrilled. My massage therapist was incredible. She worked on some back issues and a week later I still feel great. I really appreciated the service and found it to be some of the best I've gotten in a long time. Highly recommend Spavia. Blah 11/10/2009

Still working out the kinks with this spa. Customer service has been consistently subpar. Currently, I'm extremely frustrated with the steps taken (or not taken) by this spa to rectify their mistakes. I'm no harsh critic, but I cannot in good faith recommend this place to anyone I know. Hopefully this is just an isolated experience, but that is really unfortunate. I'd rather spend the extra money at a high end spa. more

Hands down the best spa value in Denver 5/12/2009

Hands down the best spa in Denver. I received a gift card for a massage and facial last year. Both services were exceptional and staff was friendly. I signed up for a monthly membership and get this - I get a full 60 minute deep tissue massage every month which is included in the membership price of $65 per month. It gets better - with a membership I usually add a facial every month - $39 with the membership (50 minute facial). I was asking owner and they've been in business 4 years and they said even in this economy they are doing more business than ever. Not hard to see why. Don't miss this one! RELAXING!!! Best Massage ever!!!! 5/5/2009

I received a promotion in the mail so I decided to try it out and so glad that I did. I decided to have their Signature Massage and an Anti-Aging Facial. I had my massage with Jennifer and she was the best!! I will go back to see her. I also had a facial that was terrific!! The hand treatment was heavenly! Everyone was so nice and I like all the little touches especially the neck wraps and the chocolate mints!! I just dropped a big hint to my husband for Mother's Day so I can go back soon! Best Spa Experience!! 4/22/2009

I went to spavia for a massage and facial and both were excellent! I was so impressed by everything that they have to offer. The staff was very friendly and helpful making it easy to come in and relax. I was amazed at the quality of the services I received, and even happier with the price. I decided to become a member which was so easy and gives me even better pricing then they already have! I love spavia and have been recommending it to all of my friends. If you are looking for a nice relaxing place to get away from it all, spavia is it! Pros: friendly staff, great massages & facials, great prices! Cons: None more

Will NEVER go back! They have no idea how to run a business! 3/6/2009

Horrible experience! Customer service is less than acceptable. I was given a package as a Valentines Day gift, and they didn?t even give me all of the services that were paid for. They actually said I could come back at a later time, or they would refund me $10! Seriously, $10 on a $350 gift card! You have to be kidding me! There was lunch included in the package, I didn?t get that either. I guess they forgot what they were doing. I can understand forgetting to give me the chocolate and rose that was also part of the package; that my husband paid for, but not having someone there for the facial is unacceptable. We paid for 3 services and were only given 2. The massage was amateur at best. The lack of management is definitely noticed. Think twice before going there I even called the owner and sent an email. Not 1 response!!! I will never go back! Pros: It looks nice on the inside. Cons: The staff, the management, and the services they offer. Don't buy a package from them! more

What a find...great experience!! 1/7/2009

My girlfriend was getting married so we decided to go and pamper ourselves before her big day. There were six of us so it was hard to find a place that could have all of us. We each had a massage and a facial. Everyone LOVED their treatments. The staff was so nice and the services were amazing. We were all so relaxed and happy when we left. They even gave the bride some chocolates and flowers....great customer service! I've been back once since we all went and still love it so I had to recommend spavia to everyone! This time I had another facial and some waxing...loved it! I'm going to take my boyfriend there for Valentine's Day...can't wait! Pros: Friendly staff, great services, affordable, open Sundays Cons: none that I can think of! more

Love this place and keep coming back! 4/1/2008

My friend first introduced me to Spavia Day Spa for my birthday and LOVED it!! I was treated to a full body massage and facial. I had such a great experience that afterward I inquired about the other services and was told about the memberships. They have great membership packages and I felt like I deserved to pamper myself every month and signed up! I had no clue that there was a Spa that I could afford to be a member of every month! I have been going back for the past 4 months, trying all the different services and have a great experience every time! I recently upgrade my membership due to all the services I like to get/try. The front desk gals are fabulous, the therapists are amazing and I always leave very, very relaxed. I have recommended Spavia Day Spa to several of my friends who also walk away feeling the same. I like to check reviews out for places before I go and I wanted to share my experience for others who do the same! Check this place out, give the girls a call and you will be surprised at what a great experience you get...esp for the value! Pros: The Whole Experience! more

Loved it - the facial was perfect 3/31/2008

The facial was relaxing and did exactly what I needed. I get a lot of facials and the cleansing, mask, exfoliation was exactly what my faced needed. Spavia is very relaxing atmosphere, customer service was friendly and effecient. Spavia is small and quaint, it is relaxing. It is not a high end resort spa with saunas, whirlpool workout area etc. My first visit was $45 which is unheard of for this kind of facial. Don't miss this place.
