Spatola’s did an all around terrible job with the tent we rented for our wedding day. First, there was a large tear in the top of the tent-luckily it did not rain that weekend. Secondly, when we began to set up our tables and chairs, we realized they didn't fit like we planned; so we measured. Our tent was 10 feet too short. That's not the worst part. We called Spatola's to tell them they brought us the wrong tent. They said, "oh yea, our larger middle section had a hole so we brought the small one". Not only did the KNOWINGLY bring us the wrong tent, but they were going to hope we did not notice and STILL CHARGE US FOR THE LARGE TENT!! After calling them out, they did bring us risers for the head table to make up the difference in price. However, there was more disaster the next day when my family tried to put up the side walls they brought us. They only brought three of the four we ordered and two of those three were MOLDY!! The side walls themselves were missing hooks and were ripped which caused them to look terribly droopy. Because of the sagging, the walls let in light which altered our photographers pictures-this was the whole reason we got sidewalls was so our pictures would look nice. Even after bringing these problems to Mr. Spatola's attention, he refused to acknowledge that there were problems and did not return several of our calls. Overall, a TERRIBLE experience and we will NEVER rent from them again or recommend them to anyone. more

As the owner I feel that I an apology may be in order. I just recently realized that places of business can have reviews posted about them. To Carrie W.,I welcome you back to our office.Our show room has limited space and hence we can not display all that we offer.Any of our associates would have been happy to take you into the warehouse(18,000sf)for you to look at any particular item. I was pleasantly welcomed to this companies office, and in fact saw much of the small wares within their display area. I too was offered their product listing, and was treated very well. I am not sure if Carrie was just shopping because they spent time with me as I was uncertain as to what my needs were. I was taken into their warehouse and looked at some other items too large to be on display. I rate this company '10'. Tracey C. more

I was very disappointed in the choices that they had to show me when I went to the storeroom. I thought that I would be able to see what they had to offer and infact I was just handed a printout and told to go by that and ask if I had any questions. It was quite an odd situation. more
