I have three children and all are attending Spartanburg Day School. It is an International Baccalaureate World School, which means that the teachers teach through inquiry. SDS is an independent school so it can teach to the child - not for standardize test scores. The student to teacher ratio averages 8 to 1 and my children have loved every minute. As a mother of three girls, this school has taught them to be independent thinkers, to not be afraid to ask questions and to have such great confidence at an early age. I highly recommend it...(SDS is from 3K through 12th grade). more

The school s after-school adventures program offers an opportunity to students to spend a safe, relaxed and enriching afternoon with qualified professionals for their growth and development.
