Spartan Motor Mall

I sincerely wanted to do business with this establishment and put down $3,000 on a new car. They gave me an insulting offer for a trade in of my used Toyota. Finding out how much my used car was really worth, I found another dealer who would not only give me a better deal but would also give me $1,500 dollars more on my used car, I cancelled my order. Knowing it is illegal for them to keep my down payment and being assured that by other dealers, I am still waiting for Spartan Motor Mall to reverse the $3,00 down on my credit card. Amazing how the down payment showed up right away on my credit card but how long it is taking to reverse the charge. Amazing also how they always answered my calls when I was buying but how they do not return my calls or take my calls now. Shady practices for sure. more

I went here looking for a used car and they really helped me alot. They didnt try to push me into more than I needed and they really dedicated alot of time to me and my questions considering that I was not in the market for a large purchase. The selection of cars here both new and used is excellent, and the rebates and incentives here are usually way better than other local dealerships. more
