I love that their hours of operation are long. But, I've had problems with their machines. Some dryers are extra hot and can burn your clothes. Overall, cleaningness is not their priority, from dirty/wet floors to their machines, they need someone to upkeep them. I even got oil stains on a pillow a few weeks ago from a washing machine. They claim to take credit cards, but sometimes their machine conveniently goes down and they will only take cash. Over the last few years they have raised their prices significantly. For their fluff and fold, if you ask them to hang dry clothes, they'll weigh them wet, so beware. It can get quite crowded and most children are allowed to run and yell freely throughout their facility making it hard to walk though the aisles and fold clothes. I recently took in a new set of nice soft towels (egyptian cotton) to be laundered. They felt like a different set of towels when I got them back -- they had lost all their plush quality. I won't be using them again. I used this laundry service off and on about five years ago, and I noticed even then that their machines and/or the detergents they use are very hard on fabrics. My towels and sheets wore out very quickly (small holes started appearing much sooner than they should have). I hadn't used this laundry for several years and thought I would try them again. But the same thing happened -- new towels came back very stiff. However, the staff is very reliable and courteous and they have had my laundry ready on every visit, with only one exception. more
