AWESOME TASTING WATER AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 10/9/2008

I'm from detroit michigan where the water there is ok to drink right from the faucet. When I moved here all my friends recommended O premium waters over Sparklets. I ordered it and have been happy ever since. Pros: Always on time. Cons: Dont have one. more

The Best Tasting Water! 10/8/2008

\r O Premium in our opinion is the best tasting ""bottled"" water out of all the other companies we have tried. We have been with them for over a year now. Office staff is very helpful and plesant. We have tried to save money by installing an under the sink filter, but in the long run this is the only way to go!! And most economical! more

Best water ever! 10/1/2008

Until I got Opremium water, I would buy any brand and not notice any difference; now if I drink any other brand of water I can tell the difference in taste! \r The service is great, they deliver just once a month, and if you need anything in between, just call them and they'll be there the next day! I highly recommend it! more

Best water in town, great customer service 10/1/2008

I have been with O Premium for many years. I have moved and kept them because they do have the best water that I have tasted. They deliver to your home once a month which might seem unreasonable however if you think about it it is more convenient so you are not having to remeber every week and lug those bottles around all the time. The customer service people they have are always quick to respond and very helpful in resolving any problems quickly. The drivers are even great, I have had some help me put the bottles in the garage. What more can you ask for? Pros: delivery, quick, responsive more

Convenient water and great service! 10/1/2008

I live with 3 girls, we are all in college and constantly in and out of the house. Our experience with O water has been amazing. Before we had O water we were always struggling to keep water in the fridge and make sure we had enough. Now with O water we always have cold water available, which is much needed in this heat! We chose to get the electrolyte water since we are always on the go and it has worked very well. It is pure good tasting water that you can drink without worrying what crazy chemicals are in it. I would definitely recommend O water to anyone and everyone! Pros: Great tasting water! more

Great water Great service 10/1/2008

This is one of the best companies I have ever had service from. When I move, they accomodate me by not delaying my service. Whenever I call I always get the help I am looking for. I have to say, I enjoy this water more then any other I have tried including Aquafina plus it is not as expensive as most. Prices are great. If I need a case of water, I just call & it is at my door within the week. I highly recommend this company to anyone, home or office, that is looking for fresher, healthier water delivered right to you. Pros: Inexpensive, great tasting, great service, great selection more

I have had the pleasure of being a customer for awhile and have had absolutely no complaints. I chose to go with this company because when I worked for a company in Tempe they also had this water delivered for the company to use. The service was always A+ and the water tasted great. After I left that job I was a stay at home mother of four children. The water that was coming out of our tap is awful. I was outside of my home playing with my children and some man came to me and gave me water bottles to try. I was impressed as to the taste of the water in the bottle. I can't even compare bottled water at the store to what I receive out of my cooler. I have decided to try the ESIO system and am very excited to receive that. Thanks again for all of your help whenever I need it and I am sure in the future I will be needing more services. Pros: Very impressed by everything I have had to experience so far more

Best Water, Best Value, Great Service 9/15/2008

I have delt with many water companies here in the valley and I don't know how they stay in business. The ""O"" gives you Great Service, Unlimited Supply of Great Water for one low monthly fee. I have had minor issues with O Premium; however, they were very quick to provied a fix at their expense. Thank You ""O"" and keep up the great work. Pros: Great service, Great Price Cons: Contract also if card is declined when run a fee is charged even though it doesn't cost them anything more

Fantastic customer service with a great product! 9/12/2008

My husband and I asked a sales representative to visit us when our daughter was only about a month old. I was nervous about a high pressure sales person trying to sell us the world. Our sales representative was very polite and talked to us like we were a friend and gave us his own personal thoughts and opinions. We have had the O Premium water service, including the Esio beverage service, for over a year and have nothing but good things to say about this company. Fantastic product and fantastic customer service! Pros: Thumbs up! Cons: Nothing bad to report after a year of service! more

Great customer service 9/11/2008

O Premium Waters' employees are very helpful and polite. The delivery service is very prompt. I am unable to pick up the five gallon bottles, and the delivery person brings the water into my home with no complaints. All phone and e-mail conversations with O Premium Waters' employees have been very helpful. O Premium Waters response to e-mails is incredibly fast. This isn't your everyday average bottled water!!! 9/9/2008

You get as many bottles that you believe you or family would drink in a month! They have 2 types of bottled water - blue caps and white caps. Blue caps filtered water and the white caps have electrolyte water - like a sports drink without the aritficial flavor/color/sugar. No need to worry about spilling these bottles - there is a tab on the top of the bottle that can only be opened when you put the bottle on the cooler, so no messy spills. They give you an automated reminder call 2-3 days before your delivery date to have your bottles sitting outside for the exchange. They even have the option of upgrading your service to a cooler called an ESIO, which can make juices, coffees, teas, and sports drinks, with their packets. This cooler also has a safety lock for kids and you can make hot/cold, + make as much/little as you want at one time with the push of a button. All and all, this is a great company, and I would highly recommend their service! Pros: Variety more

Best tasting water and service in the valley. 9/5/2008

I have been a customer for over 4 years and could not be more satisfied with their product and service. \r \r Their water is the best I have tasted in the valley and their customer service is A-1. In 4 years time they have have never missed a delivery, never had a problem with my changes and dealt with the one issue I had (after 2 years I had a leaky faucet) to my complete satisfaction (I received a new one promptly in the mail. \r \r Well done O'premium. Do NOT use this company. 9/1/2008

I just want to echo some of the earlier reviews in saying that this company is absolutely awful. The man in the van at my door completely lied to me. The woman over the phone lied to me. When my service started and I started being incorrectly charged and I called in, a woman told me that I was wrong and that my initial phone call was recorded. I then asked her to review the phone call as I knew what I was told but was then hung up on. \r \r DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! more
