Spa Prima

The pedicure I had was wonderful long and relaxing. The staff was great as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I guess the person that wrote they had a bad experience was just one of those singled out cases and I was expecting that to happen to me but I was willing to try them since they are close to my home and thankfully my experience was great. The place inside was very clean and peaceful just as a spa should be. I would be going back hopefully monthly to get my pedicures from Valerie. She was great it couldn't have been any better. If you need a pedicure make sure you go to her. I can't wait to try their massages and facials next. more

I called this spa several times, no one ever answered the phone. I left a message and never received a call back. I called again the next day, left another message, and again did not hear back. I was looking for a gift certificate to buy as a gift, so I drove all the way over in hopes of buying one. When I get inside it takes several minutes for anyone to even notice that I am there. When someone does decide to finally come over, I tell her what I need and she tells me, "No, we are closed." When I told her it would ne nice if that were on the answering machine or posted on the door she just shrugged and locked the door. I will never even consider going to this spa or purchasing a gift certificate for anyone else to go to this spa. They clearly have no desire to keep their customers happy. more

This spa made me feel so comfortable and welcome!The convienience of having laser treatments is just a dream living in such a small town. I enjoyed all my services and cant wait till they start up with hair.I definatly reccomend this spa and will be returning soon. more
