Classic Style with traditional experience 3/16/2006

I haven't been to a spa in while that meets the level of this one. Everyone over hypes the ""new therapies"" and prices them in the clouds. This spa offers a great variety of services while giving consistent expertise in the classis spa massage. I've paid $75-$200 for an hour massage and this is the only spa that is worth it every time. The Signature Massage is perfect, and inexpensive...and you always know you're going to get a great massage. Pros: location, Massage staff, locker rooms Cons: fee for locker use more

Fitness at it's finest! 3/9/2006

I was in town on business for 6 weeks. A friend is a member and recommended joining while I was staying at The Westin South Coast Plaza. I toured the club with Tyler, met all of staff, Angee, Debbie, Thomas, Michelle and am hooked. I wish I lived here. I had a complimentary training session with Priscilla and I have never been so impressed. You would never believe a place like this exists today...City Folk with Country Charm. So relaxing...best day, great staff, beautiful facility..I'll be back AGAIN and AGAIN. Hydrafacial is just super, my skin has never looked so great...ask for Nelida..wonderful and soothing Pros: Hydrafacial is better than surgery! Staff is always welcoming more

Mixed review 2/28/2006

My husband and I booked a massage here. Mine's was great, I felt relaxed aftewards but my husband was not happy with his masseuse at all. He asked for more pressure but he said she did it so lightly that he felt the same afterwards. He thinks she was just too lazy to put more effort into it. Also, she was late for the appt and he felt that she was rushing the job. We didn't have time to enjoy the spa but the locker rooms and whirlpool that we saw were very nice and luxurious. We would come here again but hopefully have better luck with the masseuse. Pros: ambience Cons: a little pricey, valet parking only more

The best place on earth 1/26/2006

I have been to the spa on several occasions. The employees have been great. Everyone treats you well. The atmosphere and aroma is wonderfull!!!! The facials, massages and nail service is outstanding. Cultured, refined and relaxing 12/7/2005

This Spa is just the right mix of modern luxury and traditional therapies. They focus on the basics which makes me very comfortable. Not what I expected of a day spa, more like a hotel spa but not as pricey. Pros: valet parking, EXCELLENT Massage, cool waterfall featur Cons: Booked out for weeks! more

Finally! A spa without a hotel 4/17/2005

Thank you for providing excellent service in a great atmosphere without paying hotel resort prices. I have traveled the world and paid $85-$200 for a massage, this is a resort setting with all of the perks, steam room, whirlpool, fitness..without getting stuck with a hotel room just to relax. This is as good as it gets without paying $300+ a night. Management was available upon my request (never happens at a hotel) and simply listened to my input. I have been to the Spa about 4-5 times and service is inconsistent. The facilities are nice - graphic design is a bit on the Orange County style (dated and trying too hard). Half the time I come out feeling great, otherwise I feel I paid too much for the experience. It is the only decent place I've been to in Orange County - there's not much choice like in Los Angeles. This spa was so perfect in sooo many ways. I will definitly return. I had an 80 minute aromatherapy treatment with massage. It was so wonderful. The atmosphere was very pleasent. The moment I checked in, I was pampered. The employees were very nice and polite. I definitely would recommend to do the extra time with the whole spa experience for a little extra money. That's what you'll feel like after an hour at the Spa. Complete satisfaction. From when I drove into the valet parking lot, to when I stepped in the door to a relaxing waterfall, until the celebrity-like treatment...every moment was enjoyable. They really take care of you too.
