Best

The staff are always kind and extremely helpful. The service is impeccable!

Worst

The massage didn't start on time but it finished right at 2:45. The delay was not due to me being late. It wasn't the best either. I was a bit disappointed for $85.

Friendly staff, elegant atmosphere 1/28/2007

This is by far the best day spa in Shreveport. The attitude was low and they made me feel welcome. Reasonable prices, relaxing, and very clean. I recommend the tourmaline facial. My skin was glowing afterwards. The manicure and pedicure were the best I've had. more

Never again 8/9/2005

I went here to get my toenails painted for a party. I did not have time for a pedicure but the stylist let me know 3 times that I needed to come back for a pedicure. My feet were not that bad! A co worker went there and got a bad toenail infection and her toe nail fell off. I work in an office and many people have gone there and not been happy. I heard there was one great stylist but he is expensive. more
