The classes at this gym are fantastic. It's open 24 hours Monday-Friday which is perfect for my busy schedule. It can be slightly pricey, but they do offer different plans and sometimes have promotions. Very very clean. Sauna, steam room, and hot... more

Well run health club 7/25/2011

Well run health club. Clean with more than adequate equipment and a knowledgeable staff.Parking has been expanded and now is more than needed, location on the highway is perfect, turnarounds are close by. Membership fees are average, they have specials which they advertise on the signage on the road. more

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about their healthclub. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The club was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They offer great pricing for the value I've ever seen. more

Spa 23 is a great value because it has so much to offer. A huge variety of quality classes, updated clean equipment, pool for lessons or pleasure, track, babysitting, events for kids and adults, personal training, massage, kinesis, the list goes on. You could never get bored here! more

always challenged to try new things 6/30/2011

It is because of your staff that I am always challenged to try new things and take my workouts to a higher level. I have played racquetball, and swim every week. The lifeguards and swim staff are also great. more

Focused and Sane 6/21/2011

Well, I have lost over 100 pounds and 10 inches in my waist. This could have never happened without everyone at Spa 23. Everyone from the great front desk staff to the pool staff and fitness staff keeps me focused and sane. more

The facility is clean especially the locker room, all the weights, excercise machines and cardio vascular are in spacious areas and logically organized. The variety is huge. There are so many other services available such as massage and personal training I am looking forward to using. more

I want to express how totally satisfied I am with the Spa 23 experience. I was a member a few years ago and loved the environment (I even met my wife there). Now that I am back (had to leave because of a work assignment) I am amazed at all the great changes. It is better than ever. more

Spa 23 has tons of different classes and equipment. The equipment is well-maintained and clean. The pool is nice and well-staffed. They offer a lot more classes and training opportunities than most other gyms in the area. The good thing about this not being a corporate gym though is that you can email the owner/manager, and he will respond. more

it's like a haven 5/24/2011

This is a crazy world...we all know how inconsiderate, self-centered and self absorbed people can be. It is disheartening to deal with any business that seems to "care-less" about the consumer. Unfortunately, lack of good service seems to be the rule rather than the exception in this day and age. I don't want to sound goofy, but when I walk into Spa 23, it's like a haven. I know I'll be treated with dignity and respect. It's a nice feeling when you walk in and everyone around you seems happy and content...staff and members. I have lots of great family and friends, but my gym time is my "ME" time, and it is very important to me to spend that time in a stress free environment. Thank you Pat, and Spa 23 for providing such a fine environment for me and all your members! more

The classes are amazing and the weight equipment is well maintained. The club is clean and exudes a positive, friendly atmosphere. I look forward to going every single day. more

highly recommend it for teaching your kids how to swim! 5/16/2011

I highly recommend it for teaching your kids how to swim! We live in a lake community and I thought I would give it a try to see how my son, who was 4 at the time, would do in the class. He LOVED it! In just 10 lessons he was able to swim!! He is definetly not ready for the olympics but it made me sleep better at night knowing he can float and get himself across the pool! The classes are not very big (6-7 kids with 2 instructors). Absolutely worth the money! I felt the price was very reasonable given the benefit I recieved!! I can't wait to start again in the spring. more

I would like to take this opportunity to compliment your facility and staff. I joined Spa 23 after meeting Ryan this past summer. Everyone on your staff was superb when I joined. Both Ryan and Mike gave us a tour and thorough explanation about your facility. They are always friendly and take the time to explain things. Your front desk staff and your maintenance staff are also always cordial and friendly. I was shocked that your front desk staff call us by name and always ask us about our workouts! I can't tell you how thrilled I am with your instructors. My highest compliments go to Erin who teaches the group active class. She engages everyone, always has a smile on her face, and she makes me believe that I can actually do it! She has a great energy and spirit which comes through in her classes. With her inspiration, I am learning how to lift weights, do step, and actually move again. more

friendly and family atmosphere here 5/6/2011

I have been a member at this Club for about 6 years. I have always received the nicest of treatment. I would recommend highly, their swimming aerobics classes, message treatments, palates classes, and their weights and exercise machines. With your membership, you receive a free session with a personal trainer to set up your program and to teach you how to use the machines. This can be evaluated at any time. There us a friendly and family atmosphere here. more

this place is great 5/4/2011

i want to say I just joined 3 weeks ago and this place is great. I had been there about four years ago and it was kind of old looking. Now it is completely redone and it's like a new club. The staff made me feel very comfortable. What I liked most was they gave me a trainer and it really helped me to get started. more
