The owner Nigel is terrible! STAY AWAY from this dealership! I called and asked about trading my car in and buying one of theirs, my car is driven less than 2k miles a year, it is a muscle car and barely driven, they tell me a number that they can give me on a trade since the car is in brand new condition so I go there and the owner tells me a number $4k lower! I then say well I drove all the way over here because you told me a different number and you said it might be more once you see it, and now I feel like I'm wasting my time he then goes well have a great day and walks away laughing!! I have never been treated like this before, i was ready to spend over 40K on a 750 BMW little did he know i was going to buy if he gave me what i was told he was going to. Absolutely terrible experience and this was the OWNER too!!! i will personally make sure that everyone i know finds out about this, what he doesn't realize is that my whole family lives in the city the dealership is located in and they are all very connected so i am hoping his business goes to crap! more

We were going to pick up the car that they had sold me, and called to tell them we were on our way. When I called, they told me that the car was missing off their lot. It turned out that they had taken it to a different dealership that morning. I ran a carfax on that vehicle and found out that there was frame damage, the car had been in a horrible wreck, which they forgot to mention. NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Save yourself time, and don't even look there! more
