Marcello, the man in charge of Southwest Limo, began our misadventure by mistakenly billing my account a week in advance ( we paid by the hour), claiming he had the wrong date down, but promised our event would be great. Then the day of our event they showed up 30 minutes late to our house. On our first stop of the evening, (which was closer than originally planned) the driver pulled me out of the limo and informed me we had to change limos because they claimed another limo had been in a wreck (all though I cant help but wonder if the real problem came from Marcello booking us for the wrong date). REGARDLESS, when I asked to speak to Marcello, he said he would call me back in 10 minutes. When the driver dropped us off for dinner I still hadn't heard a firm plan on who they were sending back and when. 1 1/2 hours later and many frantic phone calls (which ruined our dinner) the driver finally called and said if we could be outside in 10 MINUTES he would take us downtown. In the mean time, Marcello called and apologized, asking what he could do to make things right. I asked that they come get us after the club to make up for the time we were losing by having to rush and ruining our dinner. When the driver arrived he claimed to have no knowledge of this plan, so I asked him to call Marcello himself. When he opened the door at the club he informed me they were NOT coming back for us and refused to let me speak to his ""supervisor"" that supposedly said no. When we said fine, we'll just use the rest of our time now then, he REFUSED TO DRIVE. After that the cops came and told us to take them to small-claims court, and of course they never came back. BUT THE WORST PART IS... THEY HAD THE NERVE to bill me for the full amount. 1240, plus 120 in negative fees from him billing me incorrectly the first time... all for the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! \r
